BUSINESS BACK-UP SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT

The Business Back-Up Group was formed in 1986 to provide companies and businesses in the Thames Valley and surrounding areas with a fresh, alternative approach to the recruitment of general office and support staff. Being privately owned as opposed to 'high street' in style, our methods mirror those of the 'higher end' recruitment consultancies generally specialising in senior management and specialist areas of work. Our unique approach to recruitment has led to the move away from open plan interviewing, 'selling' candidates into companies without formal vacancies and mass distribution of unsolicited CVs. We were the first in our field to interview in private with an in depth analysis of personality, aspirations and candidate profiling. We believe we are market leaders and innovators in our field of work as these practices have since been adopted by many agencies today.

Being Client led, our recruitment activity starts with a valid opportunity presented to us by a client for which we carefully select the right candidate. Our methods put clients' needs as the starting point. Over the last 26 years we have forged long term business partnerships with major companies in the area and built up a loyal following of quality candidates. In both cases this is due to our unique methods of recruitment and our dedication and commitment to both parties, always maintaining our standards of professionalism, quality and integrity.

In 2011 we were delighted to announce the opening of our new Social Care Division providing staff to both the public and private sector of hospitals, nursing homes and specialist care facilities including large, corporate and clinical organisations, along with small independent and privately owned companies.
