Do you interview all the candidates you put forward to jobs?
Yes. Not only do we interview all of the candidates, we also test them and explain the
vacancy to them in full and get their permission before we send their CV to a client. We feel
strongly that it is part of the service that you pay for to be certain that every CV you
receive is that of a well briefed and keen candidate for your position.
Where do the majority of your candidates come from?
Our candidates come from website advertising, but
interestingly, the majority come from recommendations and referrals from existing
candidates.
Do you send the candidate's original CV or do you ever re-write them to suit a job?
We have a policy of never re-writing a CV and always send the original to our clients. We
believe that it is important for clients to see how a candidate presents themselves on paper.
It is an indication of their ability to write coherently and adds value and depth to the candidate profile.
Re-written CVs are not a clear representation of the candidate's personality and suitability for a position.
Are your candidates tested?
Part of our registration process is testing candidates on their software, data entry, typing skills and any
relevant skills pertaining to their chosen career. We also provide psychometric testing and the results of
all these tests are available to clients on request.
Do you provide training?
The same system we use to test candidates also allows us to cross train them on various software packages.
This service is free to candidates and we can prepare candidate for positions where their software skills
need refreshing or upgrading.
What other services do you provide?
Private Interview Facilities
Many of our clients prefer to interview in our offices if they have a position to fill which is confidential
or politically sensitive. We offer private interview facilities with a dedicated consultant on hand to monitor and supervise the interviewing schedule.
Salary Surveys
We can provide up to date surveys on salaries in specific industries and across particular job sectors.
