Our unique approach to recruitment was formulated in 1986 after conducting a survey of the industry standards
and client and candidate views on service provided by agencies at the time. The results of this survey formed
the basis of our methodology which we believe led to major changes in generally accepted recruitment practices.
We pride ourselves on being market leaders locally, in many aspects of recruitment at the office support level,
which led to the move away from open plan interviewing, 'selling' candidates into companies without formal
vacancies and mass distribution of unsolicited CVs.
We were the first in our field to interview in private with in depth analysis of personality, aspirations and
candidate profiling. These practices have since been adopted by many agencies today.
