You would get to know your consultant who will look after your job search throughout the time you are registered with us and if you are looking for both permanent and temporary work you will meet both consultants who will work closely together to make sure that your needs are met. Once you have sent in your CV and had an initial chat with us over the phone we will invite you in for a face to face interview. This would be the same if you were looking for permanent or temporary work. This 'one to one' meeting is essential for both you and us, to ensure a mutually successful relationship, which in turn will ensure that the best portrayal of your personality and needs is conveyed to the client.

Many agencies don't bother to interview in today's market.
